Basic Lapidary Equipment?

I want to get into Lapidary but need advise on what basic equipment I should be looking for. Is it better to start out with used or is buying new the best? I need tumblers and what else? I have an old barn that we are turning into a shop for this. Any advise is appreciated.

tumbler, ultra-sonic drill, wet cutting wheel (uses water to cool the material) buffers, polishing wheel, polishing accessories like rouges of different grit, the usual hand cutters, pliers, etc.
